  • We have been coming to the Alamo for the past year. Tonight we went to see a movie at 4pm. They got our initial order. Beer and popcorn. We order two more beers, never received them and never saw the waiter again. When we first came ago the food was very good, service was great. This movie just started its first run on Friday, got great reviews and theater was full. Where were the waiters? Do you think Alamo reads these reviews or do they care. Something has happened to the service. They will soon be closed if they don't take it up a notch!
