  • Stopped by on Friday night for a private event going on here - an art show. This place lends the perfect vibe for the artistic scene and the Parkdale crew. All dark and mysterious - so no need to make sure your makeup is perfect ladies! The owners are really friendly and know their beans! It's a small place but really cozy. Sometimes those big chains are so impersonal and bright. Sometimes a girl just wants to look sexy with some great lighting for promoting the come hither look. You will find that ambiance here. Although I can't guarantee who will hither to you. That's a crap shoot :) Since it was an event I am sure furniture was moved around so can't really comment on seating, but there is a great spot in the back for some comfy couches, some tea/coffee and some great friends and convo. I won't comment on the tattoo portion either since I haven't experienced that yet (if a needle comes my way you won't believe how fast I can run!) If I lived closer I would definitely hit this place up often, but now at least I know if I am up in that area where I can stop in and get some great tea/coffee!
