  • This was my first storage experiences and like an idiot I thought all storage properties were this filthy. Well, turns out they're not. Actually most of them are quite clean. The last straw for me was arriving to my unit to find a busted box full of food and mold and bugs of all sorts directly in front of my unit so that I couldn't open it. Called the office to tell them about it and I didn't even get an apology. You'd think that they would take a little more pride in their business. Anyways. I moved to the public storage on 7th ave and union hills and it's infinitely cleaner and the staff is much more compassionate and friendly. Save yourself a little nausea and take your business elsewhere.
