  • Best coffee in the area, hand's down. Drinking the best coffee in an old gas station and mechanics shop, all the better. Copper Star is never empty, and it is small and cozy, but there always seems to be room for everyone. While they have given the inside the hip, artsy cafe makeover the outside remains true to its historic roots. Copper Star (and the owner Bill) have been huge supporters of the Melrose area business and the historic district's community for as long as I can remember. The service is usually fantastic, but if you ever have an issue, all you need to do is let them know and they will certainly take care of it. Stop on by!
