  • If I could give this place a zero I would! The customer service could be a lot better. Ask to speak to the manager regarding a issue with my waitress and the manager was very rude. He refused to let me speak and was very condescending! Don't even waste your time trying to contact corporate because they will never get back! Plus if you happen to be in one of the later movies, you'll surely catch most of the staff just hanging out at the bar and talking story about their personal lives for all to hear! No wonder it takes 30-45 min for my soda to come! When this theatre first started at this location many years ago it was good and lately I'm not sure if it's new staff or just complacency but this place has really declined! Do not go here! Go to anywhere else but this place! Seriously!!! Anywhere else!!! You've been warned!
