  • Absolutely amazing! Can't wait to go again. Jerry the owner fully understands what great customer service means. Our table wasn't ready right away, so he bought our whole group (7 of us) a round of drinks. You don't find that kind of customer service nowadays. Once our table was ready, he was willing to sit us, but also suggested if we wanted to wait a few more minutes, he'd let us sit in the private room. So nice! Our server, Wayne, was great. Suggested we do family style type dinner to try as many things as possible - best decision ever. Everything was amazing - the warm brie, the squash ravioli's, spinach salad and mozz tomato salad. For the main dishes, we ordered the seabass (yum), ahi tuna (amazing! so fresh), scallops (melts in your mouth), and a few other things off the fixed price menu. Everything was delicious and it was great to be able to try a little bit of everything. Wayne did a great job of selecting wines for us to pair with our meals that included wines not on the menu - so be sure to ask for wine suggestions. He even gave us a free wine lesson/tasting. The food and service were both top notch. I can't wait until I'm back in the area to go to Cask 63. We knew the dinner would be great as my mom had suggested the restaurant to my friends and I, but we had no idea what we were in store for. One of the best dining experiences ever. My friends and I cannot stop talking about how great Cask 63 was/is.
