Di Fara's name is renowned as the maker one of the best pizzas in the U.S. (according to an MSN annual survey). To expand from its roots is risky, but they tried to do so in Las Vegas. Major fail. It's impossible to measure up to the original.
If you tried it on a blind taste test and didn't know it was connected to Di Fara's of Brooklyn, you'd probably think more of it. It's a good pizza, but it's just not Di Fara's good. And for $7.24 for a slice of cheese pizza, it had better be amazing.
