  • Dr. Westerweel and Susan were VERY compassionate, caring and supportive of the very difficult decision I had to make to put my furbaby, Tiny Tim, "Bugsy," to sleep. He was 16 years old and the decision was wholly mine but Dr. Westerweel answered all my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond to do things as I wanted. I was able to hold my baby until the very end. I will bring ALL of my furbabies here from now on. They truly treated my Bugsy as though he was their own. I cannot thank them enough!!!!
