Just this morning I got a Yelp "compliment" from a person named Darren W. The "compliment" said:
"It seems like your window is the only one with a problem , maybe you damaged it taking it out and reinstalling it."
I called Bell Glass and asked for Darren W. They said he wouldn't be in until the afternoon. So this guy either works for or owns this place.
Is this any way to treat a customer? Apparently this place only does perfect work...if anything is wrong it is the customer's fault.
Wow! Great business practice! I hope that somebody reads this review and sees that this place isn't as perfect as they seem.
