Buyer beware. My husband has been a loyal customer here for approx 15 years. I became a customer approx 7-8 years ago. We have purchased/ leased around 12-15 cars for personal and work. But after this round, I'm counting the days until we can sever the relationship. Be ready to be nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING!
I don't even know where to start. But key thing- when it says Sirius radio ready (no mention of additional charges) this is not the whole truth. It will be another $600 for the code to allow the car to receive. Are you serious? I mentioned multiple times it was a requirement. And I'm sorry, I take some blame that when it specifically says "satellite radio: Sirius xm ready" and when I say "won't be an issue for me to call and turn on" that somehow, someway, I should have know it would be an additional $600. I suppose it should have been common knowledge that in a car this pricey, it would be an additional cost to use the feature that is already installed in my car. I even called to make an appointment about it and was told over the phone "you have it, odd it isn't working". Again, no mention of charges till I got there.
This was one issue on top of the games we were put through just to get the car. Amazing the way loyal customers, and not just bmw, but Chapman, get treated like this. Done. So done.
And am looking forward to the response blaming me for everything.
