Kind of tough to review via Yelp as there is no breakdown of ride vs customer service. So, I'll break it down for you:
1. Ride = Wonderful. Got there on time, in a super nice vehicle, with class. Driver found no need to do a lot of chit chat unless I started it. So, A ++ for that. Enjoyed the ride.
2. When I got out of car, gave him my credit card, he had automatically put in a 20% tip and just said sign at the bottom. I was always under the assumption that the customer decides when a tip should come, not the driver. Just poor form on the drivers part. I understand the need to try to make money off of the service, but trying to trick customers is another thing.
