  • My Explorer has 24k mikes on it, cup holder in the back seat has NEVER worked. 1st time I took it in, service said "all fixed"! Wow, okay....went to actually use the cup holder the next time and it is still broken! Took it back again and got a song and dance about how the spring is missing and there is nothing they can do other than charge me $300 for a brand new cup holder. Terrible service!
