| - This review technically should be read next to my Dunkin' Donuts review of the Forbes location for compare and contrast purposes but nonetheless, here we are.
I have a ritual of stopping at Dunkin' Donuts at 5am before the gym to get a coffee. I have enjoyed this ritual from the days we lived in greenfield and there was a DD on the way to the gym and a few months ago, we moved to Beechview and I was like "this is totally fucking awesome" when I noticed that a DD stood between me and my new gym location.
First of all, the people, service people are nice and friendly and they open on time and normally there's not a wait but the 5am DD clientele fluctuates so much that you couldn't use the term, regulars.
Why am I bringing this up? You may be asking yourself and if you're not, you probably should. Back at the Forbes location, every morning, at least on my gym days, you could count on, short older guy with glasses who always got o be first in line, then there was the tall older gray haired hateful Trump supporter guy who was a blabber mouth who got the second spot and then, me, coming in third. I actually miss hearing the ignorance of number two and mumbling calmness of number one. It also helped that the manager guy was always there and he was super friendly and ok their wholesome giving him shit with good grace.
I have yet to find the ritual and routine that I took for granted at the Forbes location but besides all that, the place is good.
