I've visited Autonation Subaru before and the service was okay, then I visited a second time and I ran into some problems with their parts and service. I left disappointed. But, upon voicing my concern with their management staff and once they knew of their mistake, the dealership was quick to fix the situation. There was not a hassle, they were very generous, and their service then exceeded my expectations, as I hope they would. I'm a college student and young woman, where I think sometimes the car business tries to take advantage of people who don't know how their system works. Subaru Autonation proved to me they are working on improving their store and their service, and I hope when it comes time for me to return, they will hold onto their last impression they gave me. Keep up the good work.
