  • Seven days after Karen P. of iPic Theaters responded to my review and asked for my contact information I have not heard back from iPic or received a credit for the $48.00 charge for 2 tickets. I guess I shouldn't have expected anything different since our entire iPic experience was a disappointing disaster and definitely not what they advertise. I will continue to visit AMC Esplanade and encourage all my friends (who of course have been told this story and have continued to ask if iPic ever responded) to do likewise.
