  • I bought my first Harley from Red Rock Harley here in Vegas back in 2011. I went to the Henderson location because it was closer. every time I go there I am lied to. service, sales, management, it doesn't matter. they are snakes. I brought my sporty in because the fuel light was always on. after an entire business day. they still could not determine the issue. I had to take my bike but brought it back the next day. after another six hours they still didn't know what was wrong. I told them to check the fuel sender, which was in fact the issue. I brought the same bike in because I had lost four turn signals in a month. they just kept dying. I was told it was due to "vibrations." took the bike to las Vegas Harley and they replaced the voltage regulator. brought the same bike in because what sounded like something in the primary was loose. they had the bike for six hours and couldn't determine the issue. rolled into las Vegas harley and the service tech rushed the bike into the lift, damn near throwing me of ha-ha. the chain and disconnected inside the primary and was slapping around inside the cover. the list goes on... their technicians are incompetent and lazy
