  • Not sure what people are expecting from chicken. I have been to the Scottsdale location 3 times now. \And every time we have had zero issues. We get seated right away. The server was at the table taking drink orders within 4 mins. We got our drinks fairly quick. Sure the order sometimes takes a little longer...but I am ok with that. because every time I eat the chicken, I always tell myself it was worth the wait :) Its always hot and very tender. Sometime I scraps off the meat from one of the huge legs, onto my waffle..cover in syrup, and eat that way. Yum!!
