1 is too good of a review. This is NOT the SimonMed of yesterday-year. I forgot my insurance card. My husband texted it. I arrived early but a few minutes late getting registered, even though I gave all of the information on the phone prior.
They let me know I was being penalized. Had me waiting almost an hour. I kept telling them they had overlooked me. The nasty technician told me they were working me in even though I had an appointment. Let me know they were administrating a punitive action for daring to be a couple of minutes late with the paperwork.
I left although they only wanted to give me a copy of my doctor's orders. I retrieved the original and told them to cancel. Won't be back.
I noticed bad reviews for many locations. Either bad leadership, expanded too quickly or both. Beware of nastiness from their techs and poor customer service at front desk.
Wouldn't want a nasty tech performing such an important test. Glad she let me know how she didn't care or need to help me prior to getting the mammogram.
