  • I had to return a movie this past week, but I recently sprained my ankle and can only walk with crutches. I parked across the street and called Film Buff, and I asked the person on the phone if it would be okay if they came to my car to come get the DVD. [Stairs are dangerous for me]. He enthusiastically agreed, and even asked if I'd like some coffee. It was such a nice gesture...very much appreciated, and made my day. Thanks again, Film Buff man!
