UPDATE! My husband finally convinced me to ask for a refund after two weeks of being embarrassed to wear my bangs down. I was really trying to be patient and let them grow. But considering I spent $65 on this haircut... he was right. The manager wanted me to sit down so she could try to fix them... But you can't fix too short!! Then she wanted me to schedule out for ridiculous hours and several days away. When I said I just wanted a refund all she would give me is 25%. She said because it was only my bangs that were messed up and the rest of my haircut was still good... yeah okay. Horrible business management decision. NEVER. EVER. GO. THERE!! If she had happily refunded and apologized I would have updated my original review to say they took responsibility and apologized... you'd think they'd want to make it right!! If I could give negative stars I would!!
