  • Went to change my plan. They messed it up to a tune of additional $200 per month. Went back in 4 times, was assured it was corrected. I'll repeat 4 TIMES, they never corrected. Frustrated I went to an ATT corporate store at Tempe town mkt place and they fixed the issue and back credited my account in 15 minutes, they were great and apologetic. (the 44 St store is a sub contracted service store). I'd avoid the 44th & indianschool store.... Did I mention 4 TIMES....UGH
