TLDR: menu variety; cheaper add-ons; limited hours and food; plentiful selection; games available
Tea Time Cafe attempts to provide a modern atmosphere with its decor and ambience. While it appears to be a work in progress, the restaurant does seem to have a handle on how to make great tasting drinks at a fair price.
I ordered the leather boba milk tea to determine the quality of the product since it was my first time going. My partner in crime decides to get the ever-popular Thai tea slush. The boba had a consistent flavor and texture. The milk tea was blandly flavorful (how's that for an oxymoron), but seemed delightful. I would appreciate more concentration of tea. The Thai tea slush was almost to die for...the flavor was on-point and plentiful from start to finish.
All-in-all it was a good experience. They frown upon pictures for some odd reason, but I had to sneak a pic anyway. Service was standard, but they didn't offer a stamp card. Wouldn't you want repeat business? I would return only if in the area.
