| - We happen to notice their showroom as we drove by from the many ads we have been receiving, so we stopped into their showroom and were initially impressed. We made an appointment to meet us at our home to go over our remodel project. Brian England and Taylor Henry showed up, and were on time. Brian seemed fairly knowledgable as they went through our remodel needs. They set a followup appointment for us to meet them back at their showroom to go through design drafts and bid the following week. A few days prior, Brian reached out to let us know they were overly busy and needed more time to complete, so we rescheduled for the following week. We met at their showroom and as we began going through each room, we realized so many things were wrong, as if they didn't remember what we discussed at all. The measurements were off and many other things, including the style. The owner, Jerry Henry sat in on our meeting and asked if they could have a "redo" to come back and start over to get it right. We agreed, as they seemed very pleasant, despite the waste of time. We scheduled to meet the following week at our home and this time the owner, Jerry was going to come out with Brian. The day of the meeting they no showed us completely. We called and were told they needed to reschedule and would get back to us with another day that may work, but we never heard from them. After another week passed, we called and spoke to Jerry's wife to voice our frustration. Brian called us back the following day to schedule the meeting for the following week. Then, 30 minutes prior to that appointment, Jerry called to reschedule again! This company has clearly taken on more than they can handle and never should have scheduled appointments with us to begin with. It's hard to believe we still continue to get advertisements from them multiple times a week AND they still have people spinning signs on the street corner to advertise for them! We are so glad we didn't enter into a contract with this company, as we can only imagine how poorly it would've gone. They can't even show up for the general meetings they schedule, so we can only imagine they would never have come close to meeting a construction timeline commitment. Don't waste your time with this company!!!
