  • *4.5/5 rounded up because this is my go-to place for hokkaido milk tea, sugar cane green tea, and flowery/aloe drinks. This is not a review on any of their desserts or food. The drinks (5/5): Soooo I'm SUPER SAD that this place has poor reviews! This is my go-to bubble tea place for hokkaido milk tea, sugar cane green tea and flowery/aloe drinks!! They make them sweet, they make them goood, and really just to my liking. It's one of the few bubble tea places where I will consistently order a large size! However, I can understand that for those without a sweet tooth, perhaps it can be much (?). Although I would challenge you to try their rose aloe vera or hibiscus green tea + aloe toppings and tell me it tastes bad! Cuz those drinks are really refreshing. The cost (3.5/5): Nothing cheap about this place, nothing expensive either. Typical bubble tea franchise pricing. The service (3/5): OKAY so if there was an area they could use improvement it would be service. Depending on which day you go you'll get someone experienced or you'll get the newbie that has a thick Chinese accent. However, they will correct your order and make a new drink with no complaints and no matter who makes it, the drink comes out the same each time. Ambiance (4.5/5): It's a cozy place with plenty of places to sit. They give you popcorn if you're eating in which is cute. It's also clean so what more could I ask for from a tea house? :) Please give this place a chance, at least for the drink in which I make this my tea house of choice.
