  • Sitting here waiting for the manager! My shirt was ruined by them and after asking them to fix it they became just down right ugly! The man at the register told me to call at 9am. After calling many times at 9 am no answer. So I came back in, this time he tells me the manager/owner refuses to pay for my shirt because it's $54.89 and I have my receipt! Torrid makes good clothing and all my things are from there, you actually ruined three items but I only asked for the one to be replaced it was new and worn once in California on a family trip. Now I'm sure after sitting her 15 minuets and not receiving anything I'll have to take them to court.
