  • I liked this store until I tried to return something and inquired about their return policy. The answer I got over the phone when I called this store was, "we don't have a return policy. Once you buy it it's yours." Well this isn't very good service. I'd rather buy from somewhere who practices good customer service and at least offers a solution in a situation like mine. American Furniture Warehouse will be my new choice for furniture and I'd recommend the same for anyone else looking to make a furniture purchase.
