  • I would award 0 or negative if this was an option. Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes with all of the office staff walking by ignoring us. After 90 minutes they advised is that the procedure was cancelled. Wasted a day off for this. My advise is find another place. If the can't do something simple like scheduling why trust them for surgery.
