Bought a one camera with 7" monitor system on 9/6/2016. Downloaded Lorex SD Pro app on iPhone 6 plus. Two-way audio and other features did not work with the app. Reloaded app several times with support on the phone. System did not work with Lorex equipment either. Have gotten run-around since then. He said he would submit problem to software group. Nothing since. Now they are threatening to cancel the thread because of non-response on my part. Lorex also refuses to publish my reviews on their site.
11/17/2016 Supplement to above review. Problem was elevated to home office. After a few email exchanges, the 2-way voice and intermittent event reporting began working as advertised. I don't know how they did it but it works and I am completely satisfied with the system. Not so much with the off-shore product support. Took many phone calls, emails, and reviews to get the problem elevated and resolved.
