  • I thought my daughter might have brought home bed bugs or something because she continued to get new bites, even when we had mainly stayed indoors the day prior. I called New Solutions and Coby came by to check it out. I told him over the phone that if we had bed bugs in the house, I wanted them gone ASAP and would be willing to do the heating treatment that cost about $1600 but gets rid of them in a day. He came out and thoroughly checked my daughter's room and our house. He told us that he didn't see any evidence of bed bugs, just a spider web under my daughter's bed and that a regular spray would kill any spider that may have bitten her. He could have very easily lied to us to make $1600. We are so glad there are still honest business people out there. I highly recommend this company. Super responsive, professional, and honest.
