If I'm paying VIP prices than I'm also expecting VIP service and quality.
I've been to the VIP location at 'Bay and Bloor' and 'Yonge and Dundas' locations and they were great! But this location was not very good.
They didn't do a good job with the cleanup from the previous movie as there was pieces of chocolate on the floor where I sat. Which you might not think is a big deal but I was concerned the marks it would leave in my car.
The workers were preoccupied with talking to each other and consciously tried to avoid eye contact with people to not take their order. This caused issues later on as once they broke away from the chatter, the orders continued on during previewed and some of the food was delivered once the movie started which was slightly disrupting to those sitting nearby. Luckily, we had one worker who seemed to be taking everyone's order around where we were sitting. Nice guy but when my wife asked the import choices on tap for beer, he laughed and said, 'I actually don't know it. But I will tell you about the ones I do know' and proceeded to go over the domestic draft beer choices. Yikes.
Also, I agree with some of the posts about the uncomfortable chairs and resistance to recline.
VIP experience can be fun but don't go to this particular location.
