  • I have been going to woltz & wind ford since 2011 for both service, trade in, and the purchase of vehicles. It is the only ford dealership I've been to that I never feel like people are all over me to sell me a vehicle. Joe Simbari sold me both of my vehicles. I had a focus and now I have an escape. The service department is awesome. I take my vehicle here for everything that needs done. They have a really nice waiting room with wifi, tv, and complimentary beverages. When I come for an oil change or inspection I just wait and work in the waiting room. Any time I have had a recall on my vehicle they get me in right away. The service guys are great and very knowledgeable. When I first started coming here it was very convenient because I worked out this direction. I no longer work out this way but still come here to service my car. That should tell you something about the quality of the department. Will continue to come here for years to come.
