  • This review is for the wonderful and amazing Dr. Kelly S. Collins. I found Dr. Collins while searching for skilled injectors who perform non-surgical nose jobs, and Dr. Collins consistently came up. After meeting her, it's no wonder why. Not only is she the most radiating person, but her attention to detail and dedication to every patient is unmatched. I have honestly never been seen by someone more caring than she is. Her work is absolutely stunning and she is the only person I will ever see for my injections, period! When having my initial consultation I was a bit worried because I already had a not so pleasant experience with another facility in the Valley. Not only was Dr. Collins an absolute pleasure to speak with, but her skill in what she is capable of doing goes beyond what most in Scottsdale can do. She is honest and upfront with what is achievable, but honestly this woman can make miracles happen. They way she literally sculpted and manipulated the filler to help the overall appearance of my nasal tip, crooked nose, and humped profile brought me to tears. She was able to deliver results that I never thought possible unless I went under the knife. She is truly an artist. But her work didn't end once I paid and left the office. She was kind enough to give me an after hours number in case I needed to speak with her about any concerns, and she insisted I come back for a follow-up to ensure I was pleased with my results. I have never had an injector care so much about their patients as she does. Most just fill you up and send you on your way. I've had three visits to see Dr. Collins and each one is such a joy. She always asks how you are and remembers things you told her from your last visit. She truly knows each of her patients and takes the time to form a relationship with them. Trust me, you can't go wrong if you see Dr. Collins. You won't regret it.
