  • Buyer Beware - this company is terrible! So bad that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (#11081961) to which they never responded. They took 3 months to install my flooring and fix their poor quality (a 1700 sq ft condo). Additionally, I had to take numerous days off work for them to fix their mistakes. I also incurred over $1,000 in plumbing costs because their installers damaged my master bathroom toilet and flange. Those costs were not reimbursed, despite promises from the Sales Manager (Steve) and owner (Scott) to "make it right." This company will cause you nothing but headaches, lost time, additional cost and all for a poorly installed/finished product. They may offer competitive price, but you pay in the end with damages, headaches, delays and frustration. I have five pages of notes and a chronology of the event that is too detailed to post here. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
