| - Delicious pork belly bun: fatty, juicy, and steamed bun with delicious sweet peanuts. Perfect execution of this Taiwanese snack.
The spring rolls were also surprisingly fresh. They put mint leaves in there, but it wasn't overbearing. Just gave it a nice refreshing kick. Also they fried a piece of egg roll or wonton skin and rolled it up in the spring roll, so it also gave it a nice crunch. Loved this!
The fish tacos were a miss. Yellowtail sashimi with guacamole, tomatoes. I generally like the taste of sashimi and don't need it doled up with a lot of flavors. But even the flavors they added just covered up whatever flavor the fish had, and the whole thing was just lacking in flavor. Maybe put more like lime in it, or sweet pickled onions.
Pho was good - flavorful broth, good amoun of beef, and noodles cooked well.
Viet iced coffee - delicious!!!
The service was friendly, and prompt. I loved the decor of the restaurant too - kind of like a hip bar, where you can watch sports (lots of tvs), and beer and alcoholic beverages.
My only complaint is that I wish they included more Asian drinks like boba, or viet desserts with the coconut milk and grass jelly.
