  • Awesome customer service. Above and beyond! Dad had to change my rear brake pads and rooters.... googled and found out that while the tool we were using was the correct one, it was going to take a long time and a lot of man power. Saw that Advanced Auto had a tool kit to get the job done. It was 8:50.... they closed at 9! The first store didn't have it.... called the Avon Advanced Auto and they said they did have it but closed in 5 minutes! I needed to be back in Columbus by morning and couldn't wait until tomorrow to get it. I explained my situation and the wonderful guy on the phone actually accommodated me! I sped up to the store to grab tool kit and didn't even get there until 915! Poor guy was waiting for me but I have never been so grateful in my life!!! There are still good people out there and hopefully he gets some good karma coming his way. Thank you so much! My dad also says they have the best prices. He used to look around for prices a lot and eventually just decided to buy from advanced immediately instead of comparing anymore.
