I tried this place on a whim. It wasn't bad. But it wasn't wow either. The guys running it were kind. I got the falafel and hummus platter, couscous and truffles. The hummus was great, but the accompanying pitas were not tasty, at all. Landmark makes pita bread I'd lay my life down for so I may be bias here. The falafels were ok. Again, not wow but it's not like I've had a million falafels from every country in their native region; maybe that's how they make em in Morocco. The couscous was dry. Flat out bland and dry. And I don't think any accompanying entree with a sauce could fix that. Not cool. The truffles are indeed the star here. They could be an acquired taste kind of thing though... Sweet and then salty, with a nice crunch. Not overly rich but a powerful taste combo.
