  • I used to go here because of Travis M. He was fantastic. I will NEVER use this company again. First time I had a bad experience at this store with another manager because Travis had moved on. I made the appointment and ordered the windshield. When I got there they did not have the windshield and it took 3 HOURS to go get it and install it. BULLSHIT customer service. I am a fool. Needed another windshield on a different 2015 car. Called the 888 number on a Tuesday to set up an appointment for Saturday at 8 am. Went in and told them I had an appointment and they couldn't find it. Then they found it but told me they couldn't find the windshield and someone should have called me. I am pissed. Called the main number and asked to talk to the owner and Jeremy the assistant to the owner talks to me. Lots of excuses. He tells me they can't get a windshield for my 2015 car unless they go to a dealer. Why do they tell you they can do your windshield and then not get it and not call you back? I am so done with this company and their lousy customer service and no follow through. Troy, I hope you read this. Your help SUCKS.
