  • They are trying harder, that's evident at half price cheesecake days recently. We had the salmon and sugarless cheesecake. Ryan Lague explained each dish we ordered despite the huge crowd. He was so patient with us snd we were so impressed with his knowledge of the ccf. Paula Cardenas was really doing a great job handling the crowd. She listened to my story about ehat I forgot now and she didn't roll her eyes once! I'm sure it was appropo to the situation.
