rev:text	This is my first experience at the salon with the owner Hannah. I booked a hair appointment with Hannah via text (as I found her through her IG page) and she was very accommodating in my schedule when there was a last minute change. Upon arrival at the salon, you could tell that it was very busy and I was quickly rushed into the a wash and into the chair by someone else. Hannah finally got around to me and asked what I wanted for my haircut which was a very basic maintenance trim. When she started cutting, she didn't talk to me the whole time and was engaging with the guy waiting for his haircut (with another stylist at the salon). It felt really awkward and I felt like I wasn't really getting her time of day that I paid for. By that, I don't mean I require her to talk to me (I much prefer silence) but she wasn't really paying attention to how she was cutting my hair. I don't care how long you've been doing it for or how skilled you claim to be, but it was really unprofessional. It was overall a very average experience and while $40 is reasonable for a women's haircut nowadays, I rather pay more for service that is more attentive and caring. The haircut was a little sloppy in my opinion and didn't grow out very well (I could see unevenness in length). I honestly just felt like she was really half-hearted in the service she provided me. I understand that she is managing her business as an owner but I felt like if I'm your present client, as a hairdresser, you should be engaging with the person whom you're cutting hair for.
