This place is nestled right into a corporate area of Westlake. I honestly don't know if I would have noticed it right away if I wasn't looking for it. The inside is great with large communal tables and a long bar. They have comfy chairs at the opposite end of the room from the main entrance and they have large garage doors that can be opened on nice days. They will have a patio by next summer but since they are in an industrial area they need to get approval for almost everything they want to do.
My friends and I joined in on a mini tour of the place and we were talking to one of the owners about the name of the place, the types of beer they brew and how it all got started. He was very nice and gave us the scoop. One of the things he told us is that you can bring your own food, have something delivered or they have rotating food trucks that come to the brewery.
Now onto the beers! I tried the Red Ale and found it to be full of flavor and very smooth- just how I want a Red Ale to be! My friend said the same about her IPA. If you order a flight they are served on a piece of wood in the shape of Ohio.
What a great addition this place is to the NEO beer scene!
