  • After my horrible experience with Sara back in April 2015 (not the new Sara I guess there's a different one) I guess she is no longer with them. I'd like to finally applaud the team for fixing my hair after the horrific mess up and tell everyone Shannon is awesome and I only never came back to see her because I haven't died my hair since! Enjoying my natural hair. I wanted to edit this because 1 foul person shouldn't make the rest of the place look bad. Especially since she's no longer there and they fixed the mistake!
