  • I had the pleasure of dining here with nine other people after one of them suggested it for lunch. Admittedly there was trepidation at the idea of eating at some new location at of all places on...Highland Dr. Located in an area known for plumbing supplies, auto repair, strip bars and this that or the other thing and BBQ!? RSB was a totally unexpected "Hump Day" treat. It was the rave upon our return to the office. The outside upon initial glance may look greasy spoonish but this is by no means the case. The inside was comfortable with seats to spare. It has a contemporary look inside but the smell and hospitality which leaves no doubt that this is serious BBQ. That and the large smokers out in the parking lot. I went with the "Spudastic" a baked potato filled with beef brisket and smothered with cheese and sour cream. I combo'd the meal ordering as my side the jalapeño coleslaw and refreshing sweet tea. It was pure joy to eat. The ten of us dining while marveling the smoked pieces of brisket, pulled pork and sausage on a lone picnic table outside in what is almost December...INCREDIBLE! I will no longer tolerate the now benign flavor of that served up by the corporate so called BBQ joints. My taste buds are forever ruined. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!
