  • Sport Clips has been my go-to place for haircuts for over a year and a half. This store in particular is, more often than not, slammed with customers. The waiting area chairs are normally full and I usually see about one customer per visit walk in and then right back out after they see the wait. They have eight stations, but I rarely see more than four stylists at any given time. Waiting for over 45 minutes on a Friday at 230PM for a hair cut is unacceptable. Hire more stylists, allow call ahead to put your name on the list, allow appointments.....do something to reduce the wait. The customers will be happier and you won't have people turned away. The only way to guarantee little to no wait as a customer is to arrive right at opening time or get lucky by arriving at a low volume time which is completely unpredictable (even to the stylists). The service is above average, but so are the prices (more expensive than most places). Cassie is great.
