  • Used to love this place. I used to stop here at least 4-5 days a week and dump 50-200 in the machines daily. The manager Shannon has a bad attitude, and she goes thru bar tenders and Asst mgrs all the time as no one can stand her!! I have heard it for the last 3 yrs. I finally gave up when even being a regular that spends a lot, it takes 20 mins to get a drink. And even if your playing Shannon has told the bartenders only one drink for every $100 you play. That's not company policy but hers. She had lost me and many others business as she is just outright rude. We tried B.A.R. (Born and raised) down the street and it it our new hangout. Drinks within 2-3 mins of sitting and a new drink brought before you even finish your old one. PT's corporate needs to really look at this location and the management!!!!
