  • I came to get watch links removed from a wooden watch, the price was very reasonable but the work done was sub-par. You get what you pay for, I suppose, as part of the wood from one of the remaining links was chipped as he was removing or re-inserting a pin. The pin also wasn't pushed in the rest of the way since he likely was afraid of damaging the watch further. What irritated me was the fact that he tried to hide the fact that he damaged my watch by not mentioning it. If you have a delicate or expensive watch to adjust you should consider paying a little extra at a different store.
