  • Poor customer service!!!! I had maryann as my representative and she was extremely rude. We didnt know adding additional driver costs ten bucks more so we had couple minutes to decide but she just cancelled our reservation without listening to us. She dumped our reservation paper into trash can! I dont know if she was having a day or something but we decided to book with another place. We ended up paying a little extra more at enterprise due to last minute booking but completely satisfied with customer service. Dont book here!!!
