  • I scheduled to have someone come for an estimate and they did not show up so I called them 15 minutes after the appointment time. They called me back right after and said the person before me ran late and we rescheduled for he same time the next week. (I was only called after I called them.) Today was the day we had rescheduled and still they did not show up or call, it is now 27 minutes past the scheduled appointment for an estimate. I am very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and will be looking for a different company to go with.
