In general the hotel was clean and our room was comfortable, but there are several reasons why I will never go back:
- The rooms have internet, but not wifi. Computers have to be plugged in so only one can be used at a time and the laptop is tethered to the phone with a 6'' cord they provide.
- The hotel charges a $10 resort fee/day on top of the priceline cost. I expect priceline to work out these extra fees during the booking process so that customers know what they are getting into when they sign up.
- My $80 electric toothbrush was taken from my room. I spoke to the front desk Saturday night (they didn't even offer me a replacement toothbrush). I had to go back to the front desk to speak with a manager on Sunday and file a claim. They waived the $10/day resort fee discussed above when I checked out. Finally on Tuesday the manager got back to me and said the housekeeping staff saw the toothbrush but that was all the information they had. They said they would credit the amount of the toothbrush to my card. Unfortunately they only credited the balance of toothbrush and resort fee. While it was nice that I was able to get a replacement, they did nothing to make up for the fact that my privacy was totally violated and I had to spend time going through the red tape getting everything taken care of.
