  • Terrible terrible terrible! I called today to check on the delay on my glasses shipment. They send they were on the way. I then asked for the shipping number and they said they would call me back. They called me back and said that the glasses were sent back because They had the wrong address.... no "sorry about that". She clearly didn't care. Then I realized it was the same woman who helped me with the order. She was so not friendly. Anyway I would definitely not recommend this branch. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Good luck guys
