  • I recently dropped into Black and Blue rockstar clothing looking forward to browse and purchase from the selection. As I was browsing and enjoying the selection I was very impressed by the collection of retail the store had, I am a life long collector of vintage clothing... I began asking the person at the register, who was very rude and lacking customer service to begin with, if their selection was consignment and how they operated such a fantastic shop, inquiring curiously as to how they attained their merchandise, as I would have wanted to purchase something extra special such as clothing items worn by one of the rock stars they had on display. The man proceeded to respond to my questions in a completely unacceptable matter and ultimately ended with him explicitly shouting at me with extremely vulgar vocabulary. Never in my life have I ever experienced a situation of such inappropriate behavior. I caution all patrons to be aware of his unpredictable temperament, with a man speaking to a lady this way, I am concerned I am not the first incident ... As I certainly know I won't be the last.
